Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Gaia Catering Company. The method used in this research is quantitative research with the sample used is a saturated sample (census). This study uses the Google form as a medium for data collection, which can make it easier for employees of PT Gaia Catering Company to fill out the questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistics, validity, reliability, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression analysis processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance.
