Abstract :
In this research, the researcher tries to know and analyze the factors that influence the loyalty of purchasing of goods delivery service and how to improve the satisfaction of Tiki delivery service delivery. This research will be conducted on Consumer Tiki Branch service users Kedungsari. Therefore, the need for delivery services is an effective and efficient way of delivering goods with domestic and international destinations. Target population in this research is on Consumer Services Tiki In Branch Kedungsari - Surabaya, with the number of samples as much as 200 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study using Statistical Analysis Path Analysis Path Analysis Model. The results showed that price variables, brand image and service quality significantly influence consumer satisfaction. Proven with significant grade <0.05. While the price and brand image has no significant effect on consumer loyalty. Proven with significant level value> 0,05, for service quality variable and consumer satisfaction have a significant effect to consumer loyalty. Proven with a significant level of 0.000 <0,05.
