Abstract :
Fakhriyah, Shobikhatul. 2021. "The Text Editing and Pragmatic Studies of Fat?u al-Qarîbi al-Mujîbi's Relevance to the Marriage Law". Thesis (S1) Indonesian Literature Study Program Faculty of Cultural Sciences Diponegoro University Semarang. Lecture Dr. Muh. Abdullah, M.A. and Drs. Moh Muzakka, M.Hum. The manuscript that is used as the object of the reserachers' study is fat?u al-Qarîbi al-Mujîbi digital script stored in Perpusnas, the researcher first found this manuscript in the catalog T.E Behrend with the title Fathu 'I-Qarib 'I-Mujib with code W 291 B. This manuscript is Malay and Arabic script with Arabic and Malay prose form. This study describes the description of the manuscript, transliteration, edit of the text, analysis of the contents by revealing the concept of marriage contained in the FQM manuscript of the marriage chapter, and also explains the extent of the relevance of the FQM text to the Marriage Act. The results that obtained based on the inventory of manuscripts indicate that the FQM manuscript is a single manuscript. While the results of pragmatic analysis obtained about spiritual function and educational function. Spiritual functions include the refinement of worship and effort. While the function of education includes moral aspects; Moral aspects and social aspects. While the relevance of the FQM text to the Marriage Act lies in the marriage chapter; legal conditions of marriage; women who are illegally married; qasm and nusyuz; Swore li'an; iddah; breastfeeding; Support for relatives and caregiving.
