Ardhani, Widyadhari Ega. 2021. ?The Transformation of novel Waktu Aku Sama Mika by Indi Taufik into film Mika by Fauzia Lasja Susatyo an Assassment of Ecranization?. Thesis of Indonesian Literature Programs. Faculty of Humanities, Diponegoro University Semarang. Supervisors: Dr. Redyanto Noor, M.Hum, and Laura Andri Retno Martini, S.S., M.A. Mika is one of Fauzia Lasja Susastyo's films adapted from the novel Time Waktu Aku Sama Mika by Indi Taufik. The novel and film is about the love story of Indi and Mika with their own shortcomings and several conflicts between them until mika finally leaves Indi. The novel Waktu Aku Sama Mika is used as the objects of the study and the film Mika which aims to reveal similarities and differences in intrinsic elements as a result of transformation process. These aspects are analyzed from the data of intrinsic elements of novel and film using Ecranization studies so as to show reductions, additions, and transformation in variation. The novel Waktu Aku Sama Mika and Mika film analysis results showed there are analysis of instrinsic elements in the novel in the form of characters, settings, and plots. Narrative analysis of cinema on film, comparison of novels and films,changes in the form of reduction, addition, and variation transformation of the intrinsic elements of the novel Waktu Aku Sama Mika and Mika film.
