Abstract :
In this thesis discusses one of the designs of Mall and Hotel which is combined into a single building and is referred to as a mixed function building which aims to provide community facilities in daily needs, as well as become an added value for entrepreneurs to invest in the construction of this Mall and Hotel. Mall and Hotel Design in Boyolali With the Application of Contemporary Architectural Concepts, namely the design located in Boyolali, Central Java, in the design of this Mall and Hotel it is very helpful because the Boyolali location is quite advanced but there are not many buildings that provide various future needs of the community Therefore, the design of the Mall and Hotel is very appropriate to be established in Boyolali Regency.
