Abstract :
This study aims to analyze and test the effect of reward, punishment and work motivation on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable in Shopee Express DC Wonosobo employees. This research is a type of quantitative research, saturated sampling technique or total sample which is one form of non-probability sampling. Using research instruments in the form of questionnaires that have been compiled in several statements and measured using a Likert scale of 1-5. The population used in this study was employees of Shopee Express DC Wonosobo which produced a sample of 93 respondents. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is run through AMOS 24 as an analysis tool. The results of the hypothesis test show that reward affects employee performance, the punishment variable affects employee performance and the work motivation variable affects employee performance. Reward, punishment and work motivation affect employee performance mediated by work discipline. Keywords: Employee Performance, Reward, Punishment, Work Motivation, Work Discipline.
