Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the impact of leadership style, compensation, and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Chanadia Resto. A quantitative approach was employed in this research, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 104 employees of Chanadia Resto. Data analysis was conducted using simple regression and the Sobel test to test the proposed hypotheses. The results of the study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, whereas compensation does not have a significant effect. The work environment also has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Job satisfaction is proven to mediate the impact of leadership style and work environment on employee performance but does not mediate the impact of compensation on employee performance. The conclusion of this study shows that effective leadership style and a conducive work environment can enhance employee performance through increased job satisfaction. Although compensation does not show a direct significant impact on employee performance, attention to compensation aspects remains important for employee motivation and retention. The management of Chanadia Resto is advised to continue developing effective leadership styles, creating a supportive work environment, and paying attention to job satisfaction aspects to improve overall employee performance.
