Julda, Dzulfikar. 2021. ?An Analysis On Teaching Strategies To Manage The Class Used In Big Brother Movie?. Final Project, English Education Study Program, Faculty of Language and Arts Education, University of PGRI Semarang. Advisor I: Dr. Ngasbun Egar, S.Pd.,M.Pd., Advisor II: Siti Musarokah, S.Pd.,M.Hum The writer inspired to make a research based on the movie because this research was conducted to answer the research questions about ?what kind of teaching strategy, how it is applied in the movie, and what are the best teaching strategies should applied in the class?. So, in order to achieve the purpose of the research which are in teaching and learning process , the writer analyze the teaching strategy in Big Brother movie and find out how the teacher manages the class, also to find out what are the best teaching strategies should be applied in the class by interviewing some people about what they thought based on the movie. Besides, this research used a descriptive qualitative method. In order to analyze a movie, there are some ways or method to take the data from a movie, the methods are using the documentary technique by obtaining the data from the movie scripts, notes or even the pictures from the movie The research object of documentary method is human being. It focuses with document and the main characters? attitude and the style to convey the message in the findings. Finally, this research are not only for the writer?s importance but also to provide benefits to all parties who will conduct similar research in teaching strategy found in the movie. But, the writer is aware that this final project is far from being perfect. So, the writer wishes this final project can be used as a reference in conducting further resources in teaching English.
