Abstract :
Adjeng Kartika Ayu Rachmawati, 2019, "Analysis of Parents 'Attention in Increasing Motivation and Learning Outcomes of Class X Competency in Office Management Skills in SMK CUT HIS' DIEN Semarang in 2018/2019" Thesis. Economic Education Study Program Faculty of Social Sciences and Sports Education PGRI Semarang University 2019. This study discusses the Analysis of Parents 'Attention in Increasing Motivation and Learning Outcomes of Class X Competency in Office Management Skills at CUT NYA' DIEN Semarang. This research is motivated by the Parents' Attention in Increasing Motivation and Learning Outcomes of Class X Competency in Office Management Skills of CUT HIS VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, DIEN Semarang in 2018/2019. This study describes the Parents' Attention in Improving Motivation and Learning Outcomes. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach through structured interview techniques and document techniques. The subjects in this study were SMK CUT HIS 'DIEN Schools. The informants in this study were students of class X VOCATIONAL SCHOOL OF CUT HIS 'DIEN and Parents of Students The strategy of determining the informants was by means of purposive sampling. While the data analysis technique uses the model of Miles and Huberman. Whereas the data analysis was carried out with the steps of data collection, data reduction and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that parents' attention in improving motivation and learning outcomes of class X students competency in office management expertise at SMK Cut Nya ?Dien Semarang is done at the Cut Nyak Dien Vocational School in Semarang, Genuk Sari Semarang village. The aim is to motivate children to become better in knowledge, education and skills, and to obey and respect parents well. The method used is to express opinions / responses of students about the value of parents' attention in increasing motivation and learning outcomes of class X students competency in office management expertise at SMK Cut Nyak Dien Semarang. participants are parents, children and teachers. Research activity was held on 2 April 2019 based on the results of the study is the attention of parents in increasing motivation and learning outcomes of students of class X competency in office management expertise at SMK Cut Nyak Dien Semarang.
