Abstract :
The basic purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Government Expenditures on Health Sector, Education Sector and Minimum Wage on Human Development Index in East Nusa Tenggara Province 2010-2015. The data used in this study is secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of East Nusa Tenggara and Directorate General of Fiscal Balance. The method of analysis used is regression of panel data with model parameter estimation using random effect model (REM). The results of the study indicate that government spending on health and education sectors has a positive and insignificant effect on the human development index. While the minimum wage has a positive and significant effect on the human development index.
