Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of discounts, service quality on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction mediating the Go-Jek application users. This research is quantitative using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The sample used in this research is 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Path Analysis, Sobel Test, and Hypothesis Testing using SPSS software. The results of this study state that discounts have no effect on customer satisfaction, service quality affects customer satisfaction, discounts affect customer loyalty, service quality does not affect customer loyalty, customer satisfaction does not mediate discounts on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction mediates service quality on customer loyalty
