Abstract :
ABSTRAK: Suksesnya implementasi sistem ERP akan berdampak pada peningkatan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan bisnis. Pada sisi lain, kegagalan merupakan pemborosan terbesar dalam sebuah implementasi sistem. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan strategi yang tepat dalam mengimplementasikan sistem ERP agar terhindar dari kegagalan. Tesis ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi sukses konsultan dalam setiap tahap implementasi sistem ERP yang terdiri dari persiapan, business blueprint, realisasi, persiapan go-live, go-live and support. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi sukses yang digunakan oleh konsultan dalam proses implementasi sistem ERP adalah memberikan penekanan pada faktor-faktor penentu keberhasilan dalam setiap tahap implementasi sistem ERP yang meliputi manajemen proyek, manajemen perubahan, lingkungan IT, pelatihan dan pendidikan, pemeliharaan dan dukungan, kematangan klien, manajemen harapan klien. Kata Kunci: Sistem ERP, Konsultan, Tahap implementasi, Faktor-Faktor Penentu Keberhasilan. ABSTRACT: The successful implementation of the ERP system will have an impact on increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of business management. On the other hand, failure is the biggest waste in a system implementation. Therefore, it takes the right strategy in implementing the ERP system to avoid failure. This thesis aims to analyze the consultant's success strategy in every phase of ERP system implementation which consists of project preparation, business blueprint, realisation, go-live preparation, go live and support. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results showed that the successful strategy used by consultants in the ERP system implementation process was to emphasize the critical success factors in each phase of ERP system implementation which include project management, change management, IT environment, training and education, maintenance and support, client?s maturity , management of client expectations.
