Abstract
Bekasi City is an area which is included in the largest Industrial Estate in Indonesia, congestion
is also a problem that often occurs in Bekasi City, especially at the Bulak Kapal Intersection. The
road transportation network is an inseparable part of the development of bekasi city. The district's
internal system approach hints that the road transportation network as a medium in organizing the
movement of people, goods, and even services is very influential in supporting activities. This final
project will analyze the feasibility of the construction of a flyover at the Bulak Kapal Intersection in
Bekasi City, West Java. The analysis that will be calculated includes the level of traffic volume, the
level of vehicle capacity on the Bulak Kapal intersection road section, the analysis of the road
performance level in the form of a Degree of Saturation (DS), the analysis of the calculation of
Vehicle Operating Costs (BOK), the analysis of benefit cost ratio (BCR) and the analysis of Net
Present Value (NPV). In this Final Project in the existing conditions of 2018 the DS value is 1.33 >
1 during the afternoon rush hour 16.00 - 17.00 and DS 1.04 > 1 during the morning rush hour 06.00
- 07.00, then the road performance is barely functioning properly. If viewed from the results of
calculations and analysis, it can be concluded that the construction of a flyover at the Bulak Kapal
Intersection is feasible in terms of traffic. The economic feasibility analysis of the flyover will be
determined based on the value of the ratio of benefit and cost. The benefits calculated are BOK
savings and time value, the BOK value is calculated based on Jasa Marga's method. Obtained a BCR
value of 1.960 > 1 and NPV of Rp 6,784,660,602.07 > 0 this indicates that the project meets the
economic feasibility requirements.
