Abstract :
Gender inequality is the social phenomenon in which men and women are not treated equally.
The treatment may arise from distinctions regarding biology, psychology, or cultural norms
prevalent in the society. It can be found in both real life and imagination. Imagination can be
obtained through literary works. One of them, novels. One of the novels that tells about gender
inequality is Little Woman by Louisa May Alcott. The purpose of this study is to find gender
inequality that is reflected in Alcott's Little Women: novels and struggles. This research is a
qualitative research. Data is taken from, narrator and dialogue
