Abstract :
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. BPR Dana Rajabally Gresik. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Responden penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan perusahaan yang berjumlah 32 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan hipotesis penelitian ini diuji dengan teknik regresi linier berganda dan uji t dengan menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS versi 25.0. Penenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR Dana Rajabally Gresik. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan perusahaan memperoleh tambahan informasi tentang karyawannya sehingga perusahaan dapat melihat dimana letak kekurangan yang harus di perbaiki dan kelebihan mana yang harus ditingkatkan agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya dan menjadi perusahaan yang maju dan berkembang untuk kedepannya. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. BPR Rajabally Gresik Fund. The sampling method uses the census method. The research respondents were all company employees, totaling 32 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument and the research hypothesis was tested with multiple linear regression techniques and t-test using the SPSS version 25.0 application program. This research uses a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of leadership, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Rajabally Gresik Fund. From the results of this study, it is hoped that the company will obtain additional information about its employees so that the company can see where the deficiencies need to be corrected and which strengths must be improved in order to improve the performance of its employees and become an advanced and developing company in the future.
