This study aims to determine whether theaddition offeed with pineaple leaves and without pineaple leaves can affect protein and lactoselevel of milk obtainedfrom FH(Friesian Holstein) race cow in Ngancarsubdistrict, kediri regency. The animals usedare 30 dairy cows. The design used was Completely Randomized Designs (CRD) with comparing 2 treatment conditions, treatment without the addition of pineaple leaves and theaddition of pineaple leaves treatment. The obtained data is calculated by using T-test formula. After testing the milk usinglactoscan andthe result was calculated, the average protein of feed without pineaple leaves was 2,1887 mg/dl andfeed with the additionpineaple leaves was 2,2753 mg/dl. While Lactose level of feed without pineaple leaves was 3,1060 mg/dl and feed with the addition of pineaple leaves was3,2313 mg/dl.
