Abstract :
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan kesesuaian tugas teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta pengaruh moderasi adanya kepuasan kerja. Pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Timur, Kota Surabaya. Dengan teknik nonprobability sampling berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 40 orang pegawai sub bidang sekretariat. Menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis regresi interaksi dengan SPSS versi 17.0. Hasil penelitian secara parsial dan simultan efektivitas penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan kesesuaian tugas teknologi informasi mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja hanya dapat memoderasi hubungan antara kesesuaian tugas teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : Efektivitas Penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi, Kesesuaian Tugas Teknologi Informasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai. ABSTRACT This research was to test and analyze the influence of the effectiveness application of system accounting information, the utilization task of informantion technology and the suitability task of information technology against the performance employees, as well as the influence of the moderate presence of job satisfaction. At the Department of communicate and Informatics of East Java, Surabaya city. With nonprobablity sampling techniques in the form of a questionnaire which was distributed to 40 employees of the sub areas of Secretariat. Using the technique of multiple linear regression analysis and regression analysis of interaction with SPSS version 17.0. Research results showed the partially and simultaneous effectiveness application of accounting information system, utilization of Information Technology and the suitability of tasks Information Technology influence on the performance of employees. While job satisfaction could only moderate the relationship between suitability of tasks Information Technology against the performance of employees.
