Abstract :
ABSTRAKSI Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis ?Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kinerja Karyawan terhadap Kepuasan kerja Karyawan Bagian Produksi Minyak Kelapa Sawit pada PT. Sinar Mas.Tbk, Surabaya? dan untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan tersebut. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer seperti hasil wawancara atau hasil pengisian kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen bagian produksi PT. Sinar MasTbk Surabaya. Sampel di ambil secara purposive sampling yaitu teknik pemilihan sekelompok subjek didasarkan atas ciri ? ciri atau sifat ?sifat yang dipandang mempunyai sangkut paut yang erat dengan populasi yang sudah diketahui sebelumnya sebanyak 100 responden. Uji Hipotesa dengan melakukan analisa regresi linier berganda, dengan persamaan sebagai berikut : Y = 0,598 + 0,352 X1 + 0,784 X2 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara simultan maupun parsial variabel Motivasi dan Kinerja Karyawan terhadap Kepuasan kerja Karyawan pada PT Sinar Mas Surabaya. Hal ini didukung dari hasil regresi menghasilkan nilai koefisien determinasi berganda yang disesuaikan (Adjusted R2) adalah sebesar 0,548, yang berarti bahwa kepuasan kerja pada PT Sinar Mas.Tbk Surabaya. Dipengaruhi oleh Motivasi(X1) dan Kinerja Karyawan(X2) yaitu sebesar 54,8 %, sedangkan sisanya 45,2 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Sinar Mas Tbk Surabaya. The samples were taken by purposive sampling that is the technique of selecting a group of subjects based on the characteristics or properties that are considered to have a close connection with the previously known population of 100 respondents. Test Hypothesis by doing multiple linear regression analysis, with equation as follows: Y = 0,598 + 0,352 X1 + 0,784 X2 The results showed that both simultaneously and partially variable Motivation and Employee Performance on Employee Satisfaction Part Of Oil Palm Oil at PT Sinar Mas Surabaya. This is supported from the result of regression to yield the value of adjusted coefficient of Adjusted R2 (Adjusted R2) is equal to 0,548, which means that job satisfaction at PT Sinar Mas.Tbk Surabaya. influenced by Motivation (X1) and Employee Performance (X2) that is equal to 54,8%, while the rest 45,2% influenced by other factor outside this research.
