Abstract :
The aim of this study was to compare the histopathology of cattle?s lung that slaughterred at the slaughterhouse of Kedurus and slaughterhouse of Pegirian and to compare the percentage of damage of the histopathology of cattle?s lung. This study used a sample of cattle?s lung that was cut by ± 1cm and dyed into 10% buffer neutral formalin before it was made up into histology?s slide. The histopathology staining used Hematoxilin eosin staining and observed by microscope with 100x magnification. The results will be analyzed by qualitative descriptive method to analyzed the comparison of histopathology of cattle?s lung and the percentage of damage. The result of histopathology examination showed from two Slaughter Houses in Surabaya most samples damage were found in Slaughter house of Pegirian were 9 samples, with a percentage of 0.6%.
