Abstract :
This study aims to determine the direct effect between Board of Directors Size, Board of Commissioners Size, Audit Committee Size, Company Size, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on a company's financial performance as measured by CFROA. Data collection uses purposive sampling method for manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018. The data presented in this study are secondary data involving 163 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018. Which are then analyzed using regression multiple and is done using SPSS 16.0 assistance. The conclusions obtained from this study are that the size of the board of directors, the size of the board of commissioners, the size of the audit committee, the size of the company, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) significantly influence the company's financial performance (CFROA).
