Abstract :
Abstrak Penelitian wanita pedagang sayur di Pasar Taman Sepanjang Kabupaten Sidoarjo untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal usaha, lama usaha, dan jam kerja terhadap pendapatan. Data yang digunakan adalah Cross Section dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang dan menganalisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan (?=10%). secara parsial hasil modal berpengaruh positif 0,234003 dengan probabilitas 0,0237, dan lama usaha berpengaruh positif 100826,0 dengan probabilitas 0,0119 terhadap pendapatan wanita pedagang sayur, sedangkan jam kerja berpengaruh negatif sebesar -8445,295 dengan probabilitas 0,8454 terhadap pendapatan. Simultan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal usaha, lama usaha, dan jam kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan wanita pedagang sayur Pasar Taman Sepanjang Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Nilai simultan probabilitas F-Statistik 0,000022 dengan ? = 0,1, maka hasil simultan modal usaha, lama usaha, dan jam kerja memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap pendapatan wanita pedagang sayur Pasar Taman Sepanjang Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Kata kunci : Pendapatan Wanita, Modal Usaha, Lama Usaha, Jam Kerja. Simultaneous results of the study showed that the variables of venture capital, business length, and working hours had a significant effect on the income of women vegetable traders in Pasar Taman Sepanjang Regency of Sidoarjo. The simultaneous value of the F-Statistics probability is 0.000022 with ? = 0.1, then the simultaneous results of venture capital, business hours, and hours of work have a positive influence on the income of women in the vegetable garden market traders in Sidoarjo Regency.
