Abstract :
Abstrak Kesejahteraan pedagang di senta PKL Surabaya dapat dilihat dari segi Pendapatan, yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yakni lama usaha, jumlah anak, dan kesehatan. Dengan demikian, diperlukan adanya analisis untuk mengetahui lama usaha, jumlah anak dan kesehatan memiliki pengaruh terhadap pendpatan pedagang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meganalisis kesejahteraan para pedagang yang berada di sentra PKL Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan motodek kuantitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode cara random sampling dimana mengambil sampel secara acak dari seluruh populasi yang tersedia di sentra PKL tanpa memperhatikan stara yang ada. Alat analisis yang digunakan padapenelitian ini untuk mengestimasi model regresi berganda data cross section dan alat hitung menggunakan eviews. Lama usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang di sentra PKL Surabaya, sedangkan jumlah anak dan kesehatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pedagang di sentra PKL Surabaya. Kata kunci : Pendapatan, lama usaha, jumlah anak, Kesehatan. ABSTRACT The welfare of traders in the Surabaya street vendors can be seen in terms of income, which is influenced by several factors namely the length of business, the number of children, and health. Thus, an analysis is needed to determine the length of business, number of children and health have an influence on the income of traders. The purpose of this study is to analyze the welfare of traders who are in the center of Surabaya street vendors. This study uses a quantitative motodec approach and descriptive approach. The data collection in this study uses a random sampling method where random samples are taken from the entire population available at the street vendors without regard to existing standards. The analytical tool used in this study is to estimate the multiple regression model of cross section data and the calculation tool uses eviews. The length of time the business has a positive and significant effect on the income of traders in Surabaya street vendors, while the number of children and health does not affect the income of traders in Surabaya street vendors.
