Abstract :
This study aimed to determine the healing process of incision wounds using garlic extract ointment in mice (Mus musculus). This type of research is an experimental study, which provides the treatment of extracts of garlic and mice (Mus muscuus) that have been incised on the back. In this study used a completely randomized design with five treatments namely negative P0 as a control, positive P0 as a control, P1 by administering a 20% dose ointment, P2 by administering a 40% dose ointment, P3 by administering a 60% dose ointment. Garlic (Allium sativum L.) used as much as 800 grams. Each treatment uses 5 mice (Mus musculus). The data obtained were analyzed with the One Way ANOVA Test followed by the Duncan Test. The results showed that the wound treated with garlic extract ointment (Allium sativum, L.) gave a 100% healing response on the seventh day, on the redness of the control wound (-) with a significantly different treatment, the best order of this treatment was 60% ointment ointment 40% and ointment 20%.
