ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to determine the effect of the influence of product quality and price to customer satisfaction on eiger carrier bag product. The analysis technique in this study is quantitative analysis techniques with multiple linear regression analysis and statistical tests using the t test. In this study the number of samples used was 112 respondent. Then it can be concluded that product quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with product quality as the most dominant variable.
