Abstract :
A teacher who has a disciplined attitude when carrying out a job, will be a means of achieving it effectively at work so that the education set at SDK Yohannes Gabriel can be achieved optimally. Because teacher discipline can also be relied on from several factors, including the leadership style of the principal and work motivation. This research has several objectives, namely: (1) To analyze the principal's leadership style on teacher discipline at SDK Yohannes Gabriel; (2) To analyze the morale of teacher discipline at SDK Yohannes Gabriel. In this study using the explanator method. The population in this study were 40 teachers of SDK Yohannes Gabriel. The sample in this study amounted to 40 people. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) there is a significant influence between the principal's leadership style on teacher discipline at SDK Yohannes Gabriel with a t-count value of 5.451 and a significance value of 0.155 less than 5%; (2) there is a significant influence between work motivation on teacher discipline at SDK Yohannes Gabriel which is shown by a t-count value of 3,937 and a significance value of 0,000 less than 5%.
