Abstract :
Multi-storey buildings have benefits for board needs such as hotels, besides Multi-storey buildings can be risk. One risk of multi-storey buildings is fire. Multi-storey buildings must have a good fire protection system. Therefore, it is important to hold a surveillance and inspection of fire protection systems in high rise buildings. The purpose of this study was to obtain the value of the reliability of the building safety system in the Grand Dafam Rohan hotel building. The study uses descriptive analysis methods and direct observation sourced from the Fire Safety Building Inspection Guide book (Pd-T-112005-C) from the Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Public Works. The results of the study get the Building Safety System Reliability Value (NKSKB), which consists of several elements such as completeness of the site worth 22.6%, rescue facilities worth 18.25%, active protection systems worth 20.64%, passive protection systems worth 21.84 %. Thus, the Grand Dafam Rohan hotel gets a Building Safety System (NKSKB) Reliability Value of 83.33% which is categorized as "GOOD". From this study the Grand Dafam Rohan hotel can be as a reference for the fire protection system.
