Abstract :
Enforcement International Humanitarian Law (IHL) by ICRC (International Committee of The Red Cross) within Palestine and Israel armed conflict be an effort which conducted by ICRC to relevance IHL (International Humanitarian Law) in every armed conflict. The previlaged role owned given to ICRC by States through IHL instrument. Until this moment violations of IHL many occurred within international armed conflict, like a within Palestine and Israel armed conflict. The enforcement of ICRC to promote and implementation International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and provide assistance humanity is obligation of ICRC. Palestine and Israel armed conflict be a purpose of ICRC to do obligation give assistance humanity and enforcement IHL and role of ICRC within every armed conflict is very important especially within Palestine and Israel armed conflict.
