care for children affected by natural disasters. This research is descriptive qualitative research.

existence of a permanent foster mother in each house as the center in the parenting process, foster
children as siblings, family house according to their own beliefs, and the SOS foster village.
Counseling forms provided by foster mothers include caring, providing support, providing
supervision, giving attention, and discussing with children of SOS Children?s Villages Semarang.
The values taught in this parenting include religion, a sense of responsibility, love, and
compassion, and discipline.
