Abstract :

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran komitmen nasabah dan bank dalam mengurangi risiko moral hazard di Bank Jatim Syariah Cabang Pembantu (Capem) Sampang. Moral hazard di bank ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal, seperti lemahnya pengawasan internal dan kurang efektifnya implementasi kebijakan mitigasi risiko, serta faktor eksternal yang berasal dari perilaku nasabah yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Fokus pnelitian terbagi menjadi 3. a. Bagaimana komitmen nasabah dan bank dalam mengurangi risiko moral hazard pada skema pembiayaan mudharabah di Bank Jatim Syariah Capem Sampang?, b. Apa langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil oleh Bank Jatim Syariah Capem Sampang untuk meningkatkan komitmen?, c. Bagaimana dampak implementasi komitmen yang diterapkan oleh pihak bank untuk mengurangi risiko moral hazard pada skema pembiayaan mudharabah?
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen terkait kebijakan pembiayaan mudharabah di Bank Jatim Syariah Capem Sampang. Peneliti melakukan pengamatan dan pengumpulan data secara langsung di lokasi, termasuk wawancara dengan kepala capem dan karyawan, serta nasabah Bank Jatim Syariah Capem Sampang, untuk memahami lebih dalam mengenai masalah ini.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian dana, dukungan bank, pendekatan personal, dan verifikasi usaha yang sistematis efektif dalam mitigasi risiko moral hazard dalam pembiayaan mudharabah. Seleksi nasabah, edukasi pembiayaan, audit berkala, dan komunikasi yang baik merupakan strategi kunci dalam memperkuat komitmen nasabah, mengurangi risiko moral hazard, dan memastikan pembiayaan berbasis bagi hasil berjalan sesuai prinsip Syariah. implementasi komitmen oleh bank dalam skema pembiayaan mudharabah dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan risiko moral hazard, memperkuat hubungan dengan nasabah, meningkatkan loyalitas, serta membangun kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sistem perbankan syariah.

This study aims to analyze the role of customer and bank commitment in reducing moral hazard risk at Bank Jatim Syariah Sub-Branch (Capem) Sampang. Moral hazard at this bank is influenced by internal factors, such as weak internal supervision and ineffective implementation of risk mitigation policies, as well as external factors originating from irresponsible customer behavior. The focus of the study is divided into 3. a. How is the commitment of customers and banks in reducing moral hazard risk in the mudharabah financing scheme at Bank Jatim Syariah Sub-Branch Sampang?, b. What steps can be taken by Bank Jatim Syariah Sub-Branch Sampang to increase commitment?, c. What is the impact of the implementation of commitments applied by the bank to reduce moral hazard risk in the mudharabah financing scheme?
This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis related to the mudharabah financing policy at Bank Jatim Syariah Sub-Branch Sampang. Researchers conducted observations and data collection directly at the location, including interviews with the head of sub-branch and employees, as well as customers of Bank Jatim Syariah Sub-Branch Sampang, to understand more deeply about this problem.
The results of the study indicate that fund control, bank support, personal approach, and systematic business verification are effective in mitigating moral hazard risk in mudharabah financing. Customer selection, financing education, periodic audits, and good communication are key strategies in strengthening customer commitment, reducing moral hazard risk, and ensuring that profit-sharing financing runs according to Sharia principles. Implementation of commitment by banks in the mudharabah financing scheme can increase the effectiveness of moral hazard risk management, strengthen relationships with customers, increase loyalty, and build public trust in the sharia banking system.
