Abstract :
Supply Chain is a concept which is an integration from all company
element to fulfill customer demands. It contains Supplier, Manufacturing,
Customer, and Delivery Process. referring to that, to know do enchaining Supply
Chain product in a company have operated better or not yet, been needed the
existence of a system measurement of performance.
PT.TJAKRINDO Mas-Gersik represent peripatetic company in industry of
manufacture which producing pipe. PT Tjakrindo Mas-Gresik have owned
framework measurement of performance but measurement of performance of
Supply Chain there is no integration and coordination between existing network
in Supply Chain company like often the happening of delay of delivery of raw
material of supplier, existence of complain of consumer, and others.
By paying attention function of Supply Chain and problem faced by
PT.TJAKRINDO Mas-Gersik, hence conducted a research which by using Supply
Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Supply Chain Operations Reference
(SCOR) needed to to measure performance from a company. Supply Chain
Operations Reference is organizational in five especial process of Supply Chain
that is Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Return.

Supplier Delivery Lead Time equal to 93,89, Term Payment equal to 100,

conducting production planning and forecast it with method matching with
company, Machine Maintenance Cost (44,64) doing rearrangement periodic
maintenance schedule so that preventive action can be taken to minimize the cost
of machine maintenance.
