Abstract :
Supply Chain is a concept which is an integration from all company element to fulfill customer demands. It contains Supplier, Manufacturing, Customer, and Delivery Process. referring to that, to know do enchaining Supply Chain product in a company have operated better or not yet, been needed the existence of a system measurement of performance. PT.TJAKRINDO Mas-Gersik represent peripatetic company in industry of manufacture which producing pipe. PT Tjakrindo Mas-Gresik have owned framework measurement of performance but measurement of performance of Supply Chain there is no integration and coordination between existing network in Supply Chain company like often the happening of delay of delivery of raw material of supplier, existence of complain of consumer, and others. By paying attention function of Supply Chain and problem faced by PT.TJAKRINDO Mas-Gersik, hence conducted a research which by using Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) needed to to measure performance from a company. Supply Chain Operations Reference is organizational in five especial process of Supply Chain that is Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Return. Result of measurement of performncei of Supply Chain PT.TJAKRINDO Mas-Gresik can know that Value of the highest performance of PT.TJAKRINDO Mas-Gresik year 2010 reached in May 2010 equal to 72,418 and value of the lowest performance happened in August equal to 62,28. Score value from each indicator from January until December 2010 that is Percentage Adjusted Production Quantity of equal to 12,27, Forecast Accuracy equal to 75,34, Internal Relationship equal to 66,67, Source Employee Reliability equal to 64,58, Supplier Delivery Lead Time equal to 93,89, Term Payment equal to 100, Material Order of Cost equal to 57,20, Manufacturing Employee Reliability equal to 64,58, Production Lead Time equal to 92,50, Machine Maintenance Cost equal to 44,64, Delivery Employee Reliability equal to 64,58, Delivery Lead Time equal to 96,67, Minimum of Delivery Quantity equal to 64,74, Marketing Employee Reliability equal to 64,58, Of Customer Complaint Number equal to 99,17, Time To Solve A Complaint equal to 98,89. From 16 performance indicator of Supply Chain company there are 14 indicator having high score value and 2 indicator having low score value, consisting of Percentage Of Adjusted Production Quantity (12,27) repair which need to be conducted is more accurate in conducting production planning and forecast it with method matching with company, Machine Maintenance Cost (44,64) doing rearrangement periodic maintenance schedule so that preventive action can be taken to minimize the cost of machine maintenance.
