Abstract :
In the era of globalization, the need for security and health in the community has increased as a result of globalization and free trade. The existence of Occupational Health and Security (K3) will ensure the development of industry investment in Indonesia. K3 increasing needs not only in industrialized societies (formal sector) but also important for the public sector players in particular small and medium-scale enterprises (small medium enterprise). PT. Wikatama Indah Sigaret Indonesia is a middle class in the category of companies with a high level of potential hazard that must apply SMK3. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation SMK3 to achieve zero accident at PT. Wikatama Indah Sigaret Indonesia. More specifically is compliance with the latest regulations of Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 on the application of SMK3.
