Abstract :
Currently, the concept of Supply Chain has been widely discussed by experts managerial enterprise, it starts with an awareness that the Supply Chain (supply chain) is a very important part for the company. To be able to compete with its competitors, the company should have an advantage and always keeping customer satisfaction, supply chain itself is supported by internal factors and external factors. Internal factors which involve a series of Supplier Systems, Product Design, Production Systems, and Delivery System. External factors which include suppliers and distributors or retailers who represents corporate clients should also be considered by the company in order to achieve 2 things above. UD.Anggun Raya is one of the production company that produces products in Sidoarjo chairs. UD business field. Anggun Raya is a chair maker in accordance with the type of booking, ranging from orders (bookings from customers), inputs (raw materials), the process of transformation (or production) into outputs (finished goods). With this, the assessment of supply chain flexibility necessary for companies to know the level of supply chain flexibility. Because the measurement is only applied to the production of performance indicators such as engine efficiency and total efficiency, while for the assessment of flexibility in a company that includes four dimensions of system suppliers, product design, production systems, and delivery system is still not there so not to inform the overall supply chain flexibility. With the problem then do research on supply chain flexibility, namely the ability of the company deal with fluctuations that occur, which in itself relates to machine flexibility, process flow of raw material, type, worker, and all are incorporated into the manufacturing system and production system. Flexibility includes the four dimensions of Supplier Systems, Product Design, Production Systems, and Delivery System. With the hope of supply chain flexibility can be seen at UD. Anggun Raya and what priority to the improvement parameter in UD.Anggun Raya. Based on research results obtained at UD. Anggun Raya showed that the level of supply chain flexibility in flesksibel company as a whole (both) where all the main dimensions to reach a percentage above 80%, respectively from the smallest to the largest percentage Product design 81,67%, 92.92%, Supplier System 87,89, Systems Production of 89,37%,and 92,41% Delivery System.
