Abstract :
Online Prescription System is a web-based information system that can produce a variety of information that can be useful to support the manufacture of a prescription for a patient at the Clinic of Dewa Sehat Pati. The realization of the development of Online Prescription System is capable of making a web information system designed to represent the whole. Web online prescription is generated is able to manage and display a list of the patient's name, physician data, the data physician assistants, pharmacy employee data, prescription and patient history. In conducting the analysis and design of this new system, the authors use a prototyping system development methods. Meanwhile, to make the process of analysis, the authors used a method of analysis abbot. Analysis abbot is a way (method) to abstract objects (object) or so-called objectoriented systems analysis. Last in doing the design of objectoriented systems, the authors use design tools such as UML diagrams consisting of class diagrams, use case diagrams and sequence diagrams. From analysis and design, the system generated a new online prescription that can help web-based Clinic of Dewa Sehat Pati in the process of examination of patients and prescribing physicians effectively and efficiently.
