Abstract :
SMK 6 Surabaya Tourism Group. program Expertise held consisting of Catering, Clothing, T Beauty, Hospitality and Accommodation Hotel & Restaurant with program Learning Competency Based Training approach (CBT) and Product Based Training (PBT). So as to support the learning of SMK Negeri 6 students then set up a library as a place of Surabaya storage of textbooks and other supporting material. In the final task was made an addition of sub-ordering system book-based SMS Gateway using the tool in the library NowSMS SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya which allows students to perform ordering books through the library web catalog SMK 6 Surabaya. Most books are intended to facilitate the process of borrowing. Thus, students can simply pick up a book at the library with show the confirmation SMS sent to the students. Because at the time students make a reservation, the system will send SMS to the students as evidence of the books to the librarian. SMS Gateway is a tool that converts the SMS process from mobile phone to computer PC / Laptop.
