Abstract :
Thesis report titled "Information Control System Order For Quality Improvement In Customer Service Printing Partner" has been implemented with the aim of producing a system of control orders in Printing Partners. Control information system to improve the quality of service of the order is used to assist customers in managing data in order kosumen. So with this system, then the order of data can be managed quickly. The system is able to improve their performance in managing ordering data, because it is managed by the system. This system was designed using UML and modeling systems implemented in the programming language PHP with MySQL database
