In the background of this recruiting companies still use manual processes such as , applicants must come to the company to take a job application letter . Interview and psychological test type is still done manually by calling calan for the selection of new employees . For the selection of new employees , prospective applicants had to wait for a call from the company to begin work studying the flow of new employees Recruitment system PT.jauwhannes Holy Traco .Recruitment aims to register new employees with onlin terms terms which have been determined.
