Abstract :
This thesis report titled " Information Systems Recruitment of new employees based on PT.jauwhannes Traco holy WAP . In the background of this recruiting companies still use manual processes such as , applicants must come to the company to take a job application letter . Interview and psychological test type is still done manually by calling calan for the selection of new employees . For the selection of new employees , prospective applicants had to wait for a call from the company to begin work studying the flow of new employees Recruitment system PT.jauwhannes Holy Traco .Recruitment aims to register new employees with onlin terms terms which have been determined. The author makes the design of information systems Recruitment of new employees this includes employee registration , schedule selection and selection results . about designing the applicant may attach terms and sayarat as a potential new employees via phone , to schedule applicants can see the mobile phone and the announcement of the acceptance or rejection as a new employee applicants can see the result of selection via mobile phones . Discussing posedur Flowchart and Designing Documents The data base consisting of a use case , class diagrams , sequence diagrams , collaboration diagrams , state diagrams and activity diagrams ER diagrams .
