Abstract :
Economic development is achieved at this time still have to face various problems, in particular developing countries. Such development would require funding in large enough quantities. One of these funding sources are bank loans. Loan words in everyday life is not a word foreign to our society. Loan words are not only known by people in big cities, but up in the villages were said credit is already very popular. Lending decisions in the absence of analysis would be very harmful to the Bank. Customer in this case easily provides fictitious data, so it might not actually deserve credit, but the problem is given. Then if any of the analyzes, the outstanding loans that are not worthy to be feasible so that it will result in difficult to jam billed alias. The problems are taken as the basis of studies conducted in this study is how the decision to grant working capital credit for service company that applied to the PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Cabang Singaraja. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. The purpose of this study provide an explanation or description of the decision to grant working capital credit for corporate services performed by PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Cabang Singaraja. The results showed the decision to grant credit provided by Bank BPD Bali Cabang Singaraja can not be separated from the various analyzes, especially analyzes of financial statements, because the analysis of the financial statements of Bank customers can know the financial condition of the liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity. Verification of data / information on BPD Bank Bali Singaraja done by any Branch Officer Credit / Marketer (RM) in order to provide advice / input for decision by the Committee Breaker Credit (KPK). Basically the procedure of working capital for general corporate services applied by Branch of Bank BPD Bali Singaraja can be said to have been in accordance with the theory and is adequate.
