And this obserfation for to knoe how much some peolpel thats call comunity of indiependent movie that they aplication and make YouTube to they learning Program By using descriptive-qualitative to give the real interpretation and accurate phenomena. The observer could knows and make the result from meaning and respons from Surabaya citizen especially independent movie community. the present of YouTube for indie movie community is make a benefit. In the other side, independent movie community think that YouTube has not give a negative effects. Based on the experience results, independent movie community feels YouTube is has a benefit. YouTube can make things more easier to learn to make a film or audio visual media.
