Abstract :
Production of chilli plants have constraints that often arise at any time, are
the plant disease. One of the important diseases of chilli plants caused by Ralstonia
solanacearum and Fusarium sp. Pseudomonads fluorescent bacteria known as
biological agents that can suppress plant disease development. Therefore, the
isolates tested biological agents to determine Pseudomonads fluorescent isolates Pf
most good in reducing the rate of progression of infection Ralstonia solanacearum
wilt and Fusarium sp. in chilli. Pseudomonads fluorescent isolates used were
isolates choice of previous studies, namely isolate Pf B, Pf 36, Pf 81, Pf 122, Pf 142
and 160 as well as a comparison to the control treatment (sterile distilled water).
Chilli plant seeds that have been outstanding for 30 days cleared roots from the soil
and then soaked in a suspension of each isolate Pseudomonads fluorescent and
control for 30 minutes. After the seeds that have been soaked in chilli plants grown
in media inoculated bacteria Ralstonia solanacearum and Fusarium sp. Results from
observational data that shows all seven treatments Pseudomonads fluorescent
isolates capable of suppressing the development of wilt disease complex compared
to controls. Isolates Pf 122, Pf and Pf 160 isolates Pf B is most able to delay the
appearance of symptoms and suppress the development of wilt disease complex in
chilli longest compared to other treatments. For good plant growth plant height, leaf
number and dry weight of chilli plants best treatment is the treatment of bacterial
isolates of Pseudomonads fluorescent Pf 122, Pf and Pf 160 B. Biological agents
derived from bacteria, especially Pseudomonads fluorescent isolates Pf 122 the
best for land applied in chilli plants.
