Abstract :
A college in his work as a printer of qualified human resources is inseparable from the concept of quality of teaching is inadequate, it is necessary to professionalism in the management of an educational institution. Based on the results of preliminary surveys by the number of respondents 32 students majoring in accounting showed the presence of such a gap in terms of the provision of material for example, guidance and attention to students assessed student is less intense, as most professors simply indicates its ability to provide the material, but the professor is less instrumental in guiding the students to the difficulties the difficulties faced by students in the face by a student. Of the phenomenon of students assume that very few lecturers that can be made as an exemplary teacher, this study aims to empirically examine the effect of GPA student, parental income and parental last education student to student perceptions of accounting faculty professionalism National University National Devolepment "Veteran" East Java. Sempel that is used in this study were 59 respondents (Faculty of Economics, Department of Accounting Students Force 2009). While the source of the data used are derived from responses to questionnaires in the scatterplot on 59 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis with the computer tool, which using SPSS 16.0 From the analysis it can be concluded that the hypothesis that students in expected GPA, parental income and parental education student students do not significantly affect the accounting faculty professionalism University National Development "Veteran" East Java Keywords: GPA student, income and parental education on students' perceptions of students about the professionalism of lecturers accounting.
