Abstract :
In the current era of globalization, companies must be able to face free competition going on. For that all the company's resources should be deployed optimally and professionally to support the success of the company, which depends on the success of management. Successful management depends on the availability of relevant information from appropriate data processing. Work order information can be handled in a systematic and practical, it is necessary to Management Information Systems. PT. CEMORO MAS KURNIA ABADI is a company engaged in the field of developers and contractors. In this company employee absences and overtime is still done manually in their respective departments, causing delays absences and overtime information provided. To meet the need for this information, it is necessary to develop an adequate information system so as to provide better information than the information provided by the system over the years. Designing computer-based information system was expected to answer the problems that exist on Payroll Management Information Systems over the years. Payroll management information system design provides many advantages and benefits include: making better data archiving and storage pengaksesannya, can reduce the performance of the security and performance in the manufacturing and production so that the guards can be more focused on his task, speed up the delivery of payroll and payroll to employees in a timely and relevant. In general, the design of these systems can improve payroll procedures become more efficient due to the simplification of the 5 parts into 3 sections in the proposed system and the computerized payroll management information system that will facilitate the task of operators in the generating system providing accurate, timely, and relevant so that can be used in the decision making process.
