Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the perception of farmers on rice production credit
with Bank BRI and find alternative solutions should be carried out by farmers and
lending banks in rice farming village in Mojokerto regency Gondang Centong
District. The analysis used the deskripstif analysis to answer the first and second
goals. The results showed that the perception of farmers on loans based on the
service quality dimensions of 81.02% agree and 18.68% disagree. That is, the
majority of farmers considered that the service provided to farmers BRI is
satisfactory. However, the perception of a less than satisfactory can be seen from
the percentage more than 20% do not agree that means less satisfying is the
dimensions of reliability (25.65%), communication (25.65%), attention to the
farmers (23.08%), and access (20.52%). Alternative solutions by farmers and
lending banks in rice farming based on dimensions of service quality is a bank
employee and farmer has good management, bank employees give prompt
service process (no more than one week of submission of credit) in carrying out
activities effective (on time) and efficient (with good time management), bank
employees should use a common language that is easy dipahamai and
understood by farmers, farmers attending the meeting / extension activities of
Bank BRI, as well as outreach activities should not only be represented by the
board gapoktan only.
