Abstract :
The Existence of financial institution especially in banking sector, held a
competition between banks more close especially goverment and the private banks.
This study aims to
Types of data used are secondary data from financial statements. The study
population is a financial statement of 20 State-Owned Enterprises which Registered
in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used there were 46 financial statements of
16 companies. The sample is a state-owned company's financial statements are listed
on the Stock Exchange in 2009-2011. Analysis techniques are used by multiple linear
regression.
The results show that the ROI has a contribution while CR, CP, DER has no
contribution to the DPR on the state-owned companies that go public on the Stock
Exchange in 2009-2011. Based on the results of the study suggest that companies
would take decisions objectively described by financial ratios. Then need to review
again the determination of priorities for enterprise growth consistent with maintaining
the trust of investors.
