Abstract :
The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the proper of white oyster mushroom farm in uncertain production and price in Wadungasih village, Buduran sub district, Sidoarjo district annually from the year of 2009 to 2011 and to identify both internal and external factors to determine the development strategy of white oyster mushroom farm in Wadungasih village, Buduran sub district, Sidoarjo district. In accomplishing the first purpose, the analysis of the proper of white oyster mushroom will be used with NPV at risk method. To accomplish the second purpose, the analysis used is the SWOT. The production and the recive of white oyster mushroom are unstable. The highest production and recive was in 2011 that produced 25.650 kg and Rp 333.450.000,-. Based on the analysis of white oyster mushroom farm at ?Maju Makmur? tani farmer group in Wadungasih village, Buduran sub district, Sidoarjo district is worth a try. Furthermore based on the result of SWOT analysis it can be formulated alternative strategies : 1) market development by farming wider market network, 2) the technological improvements to increase the production of white oyser mushrooms, 3) depressing production cost, and 4) the granting of loans in the development white oyster mushrooms farm.
