Abstract :
The research was conducted by the authors to determine how understanding, barriers, and communication in the socialization models used by BPN. This study used a qualitative approach, the method of observation and in depth interviews to obtain data on the model of communication in the socialization of Proyek Nasional Agraria (PRONA) Badan Pertanahan Nasional in Tulangan Sidoarjo Regency program . As well as the use of group communication theory, interpersonal communication, socialization and Communication Flow Model Many Stage by Black and Whitney. Based on the analysis of three informants who socialized one informant lack of understanding and experience that one informant barriers and communication models used by the BPN model of two-phase flow of communication and communication flow model of many stages.
