Abstract :
This study aims to determine how the journalists construct framing and news about the confiscation Djoko Susilo by KPK, because today there are a lot of confusing reporting on the case. Framing analysis as a method of text analysis, qualitative research method with a constructionist pradigm. The foundation of the theory used in this study is the press and social responsibility, journalists and the media as the construction of reality, framing analysis. The method used in this research is a qualitative study using analysis of media framing Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosikci, the data collected according to the population and the corpus has been collected by researchers tht JawaPos and Kompas on 12-19 March 2013. Data were analyzed by using four news text structure as a framing device syntax, script, thematic, and rhetorical. The result of this study, namely that the newspaper emphasized JawaPos frame Djoko Susilo assets that have been seized KPK and preach about the negative attitude of Irjen Djoko Susilo. While Kompas is more telling the witnesses related to the case. Keyword : Analysis of framing, Confication news Djoko Susilo by KPK, JawaPos and Kompas.
