Abstract :
The bank successful in giving investment credit determined from mature planning and controlling in credit management. Mature planning and controlling supported by reliable and trustable information, then bank be able to make 5C strategy and precisely decision making by looking company business profit and guarantee that given by debtor. On such premise this research purposed to recognize what are business profit and guarantee have influenced toward investment credit giving decision by PT. BPR Surya Artha Utama Surabaya. This research using secondary data taken from field observation, interview, and documentation. Fulfill the research aims, hypothesis tested with ftest and t-test. From f-test can be concluded that : F-calculation value as 4,349 with smaller level significant than 5% that is 0,016. It mean regression model produced is match or suitable to know business profit (X1) and business guarantee (X2) toward investment credit number giving decision in PT. BPR Surya Artha Utama Surabaya (Y). from t-test could be concluded that : can be explained profit business (X1) partially significant proved toward decision in investment credit in PT. BPR Surya Artha Utama Surabaya (Y), partially significant unproved toward investment credit number giving decision in PT. BPR Surya Artha Utama Surabaya (Y), seen from tcalculation resulted -1,537 with higher significance level 5% that is 0,128. Keywords :Business profit, Business guarantee, Investment credit
