Abstract :
On common situation, each company has the specific purpose to get profit. Getting profit like what we expect is also depend from the company management like take the right decision in case of investment source and how to manage that investment. Using right decision and correct management will get efficiency of working capital and liquidity like what we expect and later on will get better profit. The purpose of this research is to know the influence and how big the influence of efficiency working capital (WCT) and liquidity (CR) to profitability (ROI) in food beverage company which registered in BEI The population sample in this research is food and beverage company which is listed in BEI for 3 periods time from 2009-2011. The amount of this sample is 15 companies with purposive sampling. The research tool is documentation which is secondary data. The data are collected to be analyzed using double regression analysis. The result, we know that partial efficiency working capital is not really significant to influence the profit. Meanwhile, liquidity has negative influence and significant influence to profit. Together with efficiency working capital and liquidity have low influence to the profit which only 19.9% and the other 80.1% is influenced by other factor which not been researched in this case Keyword : Working Capital Efficiency (WCT), Liquidity (CR), Profit (ROI)
