Abstract :
PT . Buana Masmedia Library is one company in Indonesia with production in the form of a book . PT . Buana Masmedia Library of year 2010-2013 production plan has been made can not be met even much different from this we can see from the amount of damage produced by the production company . For that the company must pay attention to the problems associated with the production process , so that the production process can take place effectively and efficiently . Based on the description above, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the amount of raw materials , the number of workers , hours of machine work and quality control of the amount of damage output simultaneously and determine the effect of the amount of raw materials , the amount of labor , machine hours and supervision the quality of the amount of damage output partially books . The population in this study is the data from PT . Buana Masmedia Library is data on the amount of damage output , especially books educational books elementary, middle , and high school with the unit time per month for 36 months in 2010-2012. To answer the problem formulation, objectives and hypotheses of the study, the analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis . The results of this study indicate that the amount of raw materials , the amount of labor , machine hours , and quality control affects the amount of damage output simultaneously book . As well as the partial amount of raw materials that do not affect the amount of damage output , total employment has no effect to the amount of damage production , working hours that the machine has no effect on the amount of damage production and quality control affects the amount of damage output . The results of this study can be used as a rationale particularly interested in doing further research in the field of production .
