Abstract :
his study aimed to identify the characteristics of consumers depot mie lekker surabaya, analyze push and pull factors consumers buy mie lekker Surabaya, and determine customer satisfaction in assessing the attributes of mie lekker Surabaya. Descriptive analysis was used to test these objectives. the results showed that the factors that affect customer satisfaction is the driving factor and a pull factor. Driving factors include the brand, location, space, parking, prices, big portions, transaction speed, cleanliness depot. for the pull factors include promotion, aroma, diversity of menu, menu delivery facilities, appearance services, hospitality services, packaging, speed of service, the ability to communicate waitress, atmosphere depot and depot facilities. Consumer characteristics depot mie lekker Surabaya in dominance between the ages of 30-40 years, the majority of the male with the latest education degree, besides consumer depot mie lekker surabaya mostly as private employees with revenues of between Rp. 1.700.000, - Rp. 2.500.000, -. this is because the mie lekker depot located in the office, campus and coorporate. keyword: push and pull factors, customer satisfaction.
