Abstract :
his study aimed to identify the characteristics of consumers depot mie lekker
surabaya, analyze push and pull factors consumers buy mie lekker Surabaya, and determine
customer satisfaction in assessing the attributes of mie lekker Surabaya. Descriptive
analysis was used to test these objectives. the results showed that the factors that affect
customer satisfaction is the driving factor and a pull factor. Driving factors include the brand,
location, space, parking, prices, big portions, transaction speed, cleanliness depot. for the
pull factors include promotion, aroma, diversity of menu, menu delivery facilities, appearance
services, hospitality services, packaging, speed of service, the ability to communicate
waitress, atmosphere depot and depot facilities. Consumer characteristics depot mie lekker
